Hi, I’m Ali Propeck, the creator of Healthy Comfort Kitchen!
I’m a mid-west wife, mother, and amateur chef who believes your favorite foods should never be off-limits. Like many of you, I started a health journey last year. I love salads, but full disclosure, pie is my love language. I quickly realized I didn’t want to choose between hitting my wellness goals and enjoying the delicious comfort foods I crave.
That realization sparked an obsession: experimenting with ways to enjoy all the dishes I love, from hearty dinners to decadent desserts, without the guilt or extra calories.
